We’re Back Under the Pavilion!

Spring is here and we are heading back outside! The SoKY Marketplace will be back under the pavilion on April 13th from 8 AM to 1 PM. We are kicking off the outdoor season with a bang!

For our first day outdoors, Bowling Green Backyard Bootcamp will be at the pavilion to help you spring back into fitness from 7AM-8AM. Contact Allison Millet for more information on how to sign up. Backyard Bootcamp is a  “Fun”ctional fitness classes to motivate, challenge and help Bowling Green feel better, be happier and live longer!  

SoKY Sprouts Kids Club meets on the second Saturday of each month. SoKY Sprouts is an educational program for children aged 5-13 which focuses on healthy eating and lifestyle habits. April’s theme is “Spring into your Garden.”  Sprouts will be learning about planting and growing produce and will sample new and interesting items. April’s  Sprouts activity will be potting their own flower to take home! The Sprouts Kids Club is limited to the first 20 participants. Participants will also be given vouchers to spend at with our vendors!

We will also have inflatables set up for the kids to enjoy!

April Farmer Focus – B.T. Leighs Sauces and Rubs

Our Farmer Focus for April is B.T. Leigh’s Sauces and Rubs. B.T.Leigh’s recently competed in the World Hot Sauce Awards held in Louisana, competing against 700 other contestants from 14 countries! Their mustard, maple, rosemary sauce “The Clevelander” won champion in the mustard BBQ division and placed 3rd in mild BBQ division.  B.T. Leigh’s new hot and tangy chili sauce “Jalapeno Business” is a fitting addition to their line carefully crafted artisanal sauces and rubs. Come and learn more about them and have a taste!
